Imaged M51 to check out the scope and camera

Used the 8 inch Celestron sct and the Sac8-11 camera

Also imaged M101

Not my best images

but got things working again

Imaging 21 st January

Hi all

Best night for a long time and not to cold

Imaged Mars when it came into sight

Before that captued M67 part of the Beehive cluster

And M42 again

Was a good night till the Small Mars image was lost ..

With 2 barlows hard to find again without removing the camera and refocusing

Mars was very small image size ..Used the c5 sct plus 2 barlows stacked..

Image was still small
